Brochures & publications - Larger quantities of brochures and publications created by the Visitor Center are available to lodging and dining facilities as well as multiple informational packets that may need to be created for group use.
Representation in the vacation and relocation packets at minimal cost. Community packets are sent to those people requesting information on Pagosa whether visiting in the winter, summer, or to possibly move to the area. For each of these requests, the Chamber has a packet of information that can assist the individual. As chamber members, you are allowed to advertise by adding your brochure or flyer, even a business card to the packet. A small fee of $.20 per packet is charged. This could mean that you could be part of 50 – 500 packets each month!
Use of the chamber bulk mailing permit and Fax machine – Having use of the chamber bulk mailing permit could save your company a substantial amount of money for bulk mailings. Savings would be based on the number of pieces and the size/weight of each piece. To use the stamp you will need a minimum amount of 200 pieces going out (intown or out of the area) and they would need to be larger than postcards. The bulk mail stamp cannot be used for political or controversial publications. Use of the Fax machine is simple. For members, there is no charge to fax to a local number and there is a $1 charge per page for long distance faxes. To receive a fax there is a $.50 per page charge.
Use of the Chamber copy machine - The copy machine is available for your use Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. For letter size white paper, the charge is $.05 per side. If you require colored paper or legal size paper, the charge is $.10 per side. If you want to bring your own paper, then there will be a $.05 per copy side charge.
Use of the Chamber folding machine - Our folding machine can handle a variety of folds and paper up to legal size for only $.03 per piece.
Use of scanner – We can scan documents, photos or negatives for members at a cost of $2 per piece. A complimentary CD is included in the price.
Use of Trade Show display kit – Two display units are available for use at no charge (unless damaged or lost). One unit is a floor model that will fit a 10x10 booth. It is carpeted, easy to assemble, has lighting and pictures can be adhered to the unit with velcro. The other model is a table or floor model that is colored two sided and about 3' in height. Information can also be attached to the unit with velcro.
